'Murmurings', is a 4 track EP from alternative rock artist 'Beyond the Wash'.

The result of collaboration with sculpture artist, Sophie Gough and Cork Book Factory 'Badly Made Books'. This pocket sized book, not only houses the CD, but also explores a unique conversation between artists. It meditates on the lyrical content of the songs through Sophie Gough's interpretive sketches. These are mirrored by handwritten notes prepared during the writing stage of the EP, which draw back the curtain on the process. The music has a conceptual framework that gently links each song to a season.
